Loved this place Dev was fancisnated with the toys and each toy displayed nicely. Nice to see toy sections and the best thing having the interactive display lego display. He nearly wanted most of the toys. We have spent hours just looking through and he tried few games toys. The lego display at the front was awesome and for once he pose for the pics and also with me. Thabks guys

NO Afterpay at this store! Says on their website that Afterpay is accepted in store, so I drove the 90 minutes here to buy a specific toy for a child's birthday only to be unable to pay for it. This needs to be clearer on the website.

$35 for one Ozwheels car 😬 also had an Indian guy stalk my wife and kids through the isles and when mentioned to workers they just ignored me. Staff are unbelievably rude a toy store.

The female manager on duty at this store 20th sep 2024 at 11.30am was extremely rude... I was going to buy my daughter the blue rainbow high doll as below ticked price $39.99 but when I went to register manager refused and then took all the prices off the shelves after I had taken a photo to prove they have been advertised at that price... it is False advertising and illegal for them not to sell that item for the advertised price by law they are liable to match what they advertised the item as even if there at fault.... she was very rude and mainly for that reason I wrote this complaint and will be sending it to the head branch as it's a franchise and fair trades... When I told her I will be complaining to head office she literally shrugged her shoulder and said "I don't care" honestly don't work in customer service with such an attitude especially In a children's toy store... her co worker was standing there and said she put the wrong signs up so therefore admitting that yes they put the wrong prices on the dolls so therefore by law should honour it... Seriously hire more competent managers if u expect to get loyal regular customers, differently won't be bringing my daughter in this store as a treat as I used to regularly will take my money elsewhere...

Spent $30, left the store. My son went back in the store to purchase a fidget toy worth $2 . And got told by the lady next time don't leave the store with it . He never left the store with . Don't accuse a kid of stealing if you have no proof.

Reasonable price great variety toys … won’t disappoint. All kids have fun

Just bought a toy,,,price mismatch from what is displayed from the one is system.Friendly staff, resolved the issue.Otherwise nice place to shop
