Target Werribee

I usually don’t do negative reviews, but I’m sorry in this situation I didn’t have a choice. I had a horrible experience with a customer service person called Sanya or Tanya in click and collect. She is incompetent and doesn’t have any customer service qualities and I believe not suitable for that role. But the rest of the crew are nice and helpful

Target in Werribee Pacific is really one of the best Target stores. Although this store went through an unfortunate situation, where it needed to shut down for a few months due to structural problems of the building, it is coming back better, and more welcoming! You could see the lovely staff buzzing around, trying to fill the shelves with all the new merchandise. There numerous bargains. Unfortunately, the electronics/digital section has shrunk, which is a trend with all Targets.... Other the the above, there is a huge selection of products at great prices! A high-five to the staff who are very nice and helpful.

I went in to exchange some clothes I purchased. The items still had their tags, and although I didn’t have the paper receipt, I provided my credit card receipt along with all the purchase details, including the exact card used. Despite this, the staff member at the customer service/exchange counter repeatedly insisted the transaction "wasn’t there," even though I clearly showed all the information needed to locate it. Instead of helping, she simply kept saying no and questioning why I didn’t keep the receipt. I didn’t expect to need an exchange, which is why I didn’t keep it—but that doesn’t justify the lack of effort or support. The customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, the staff were very rude and unfriendly and the situation could have been handled far better.

I wanted to call out Vienna at Target, Werribee Plaza branch, for her outstanding customer service today helping me finding good sets for office wear of Preview section. Much appreciated. Thanks, Anu KC

Went here last Sunday to get a pack of undies, had to line up at the self service checkouts for ages, no staff serviced registers. Absolutely disgraceful. Put on more staff...

the young red headed girl was very useful when helping me find the perfect size dress for my daughter the other week. thank you, you superstar!!

I selected a hat and boxers and went to check out. The hat didn’t have a barcode so I tried to get the attention of the staff. The staff member was loading a large trolley so I walked and asked for help as the tag was missing. Staff member corrected me and said there was a tag, but could help me (apparently I should have said barcode as the manufacturer’s tag was there). Staff member asked what register I was using and we walked towards it. Another customer indicated that they needed help. The problem for me is that the staff member without saying anything to me left me standing at the register, went two registers further down and started to solve the other customer’s issues. It was like I had ceased to exist. Can’t complain the service if there isn’t any. I went and bought similar items from the competition whose staff were prepared to assist me.
