I booked in for 2 flat helix piercings. This is my 3rd experience at SkinKandy Werribee Plaza, and it keeps getting better. On this occasion my piercer was Bethany. She was extremely kind, patient and professional. I will be requesting her for further piercings, she is awesome.

I got 2 lobes, a helix and a conch today from the amazing Chanel. Could not be happier with the process and how they turned out. This was my first time getting 4 in one sitting and was by far the easiest peircing session I’ve had. It was quick and painless and I enjoyed chatting with her. Chanel was amazing at answering my 100 questions and making it just quick and easy. Shayla at the front desk was also awesome. Will be back again for sure! Thanks guys

Aalihya was very helpful. I came in to get my anti tragus done and she made me feel so comfortable. Had a few laughs. She also helped me pick the jewellery and I walked out with all my existing piercings replaced. My ears have never looked so pretty since she worked her magic. The whole process was quick and easy and she was so gentle. I highly recommend anyone who planning on getting piercings here to ask for her. I can’t wait to come back for her to add more to me

I had the most amazing experience thanks to Bethany. Even though she had already clocked out and was about to leave, she still took the time to help me and truly went above and beyond. She took me into the room, assessed my situation, and exchanged my infected piercing with so much care and professionalism. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. This level of professionalism is rare! Bethany is an absolute gem and deserves a raise!

James is honestly next level, he went absolutely above and BEYOND to make sure I left happy with my conch and mid helix piercing. He was so so kind, bubbly, professional and gave genuine advice. He pays so much attention to detail and made the whole experience seamless and not rushed. I felt so comfortable the whole time, would definitely come back for all my piercing needs. So so happy!

Sadly I was scammed by this buisness. Went in and asked if thay did the 2 for 80 on Percings. Then charged 150. Spoke to their HR was promised a refund and then scammed AGAIN, for 2 months waiting for a refund they didnt send. Sadly a scamming perciing shop. Loved the staff though. Just sad that HR cant stick to their promise with the refund. Honeslty disgusting, of the owner of this buisness wants to reach out feel free. As the tean you are hiring, and Taylor from hr. Aren't doing well

My second experience here, first for my husband and today myself. I got my nose pierced by Bethany who was so lovely, caring, and had some good chat (and banter). I walked in a bit nervous, as you do. But she made me feel super calm and comfortable. Turns out the piercing was a breeze, Bethany must be magic! Thanks ❤️
