SHEIKE Werribee

Sam is honestly the most amazing person in this store. She’s so kind, warm, and always smiling, such a genuinely beautiful human. I had an incident right outside Sheike and reached out to her for help, and she didn’t hesitate for a second. She was incredibly supportive and caring. Thank you so much, Sam you’re truly the best. If you ever read this, I’m the one with the baby who broke the glass bottles 🤍

So I intially purchased an outfit on the 26th September 5:16pm and on that day the girl I purchased from was so lovely and had such great customer service!! Unfortunately I didn’t end up wearing the fit I had bought for my event as when I went home my sisters and partner said I looked like an old lady in the fit, so I decided I would just return it. I had gone into Sheike today 5th October around 1:40pm to return the shirt and pants to get a refund and the girl working who processed the refund was nothing but rude and staunched and attitude seemed to change when asking for a refund? Honestly gorgeous girl but horrible attitude and really rude, like girl I’m not wearing the fit so give it to someone else who will benefit from it? PERIODT

Incredibly rude employee. Monotone voice, giving all these judgy, bored, and greasy faces. Not welcoming. Like babes dont take it out on me and do it later mate dont piss me off. So rude. All my friends agreed like babe why are you still here no hate like if u dont wanna be here, dont be here???? She had a bun, and I believe she was the only person working there, so rude. With all these people complaining about her, why is she still here?

WERIBEE STORE - Worst experience ever! I went there just to exchange a dress I purchased online for a smaller size. The lady there.. I think her name was Mebrata.or Shakiba ( She was in store on Friday, 4th July) she was soooo rude and full of attitude! She straightaway lied that it was out of stock online and everywhere when I checked that it was available in many sizes as well as the size I wanted. I purchased 3 dresses and just wanted to change one that too for the size. Don’t know what that lady wants?? I have seen reviews and other people have been complaining about the same thing! That was her job and she was just not bothered, rather she was so rude and just wanted to shut me off. I did feel very bad and don’t think such unprofessional people should be there to meet customers who don’t even know how to smile, not talking about her fake smile that she gave to some customers there who she preferred! Horrible experience !!

I had a really disappointing experience returning a dress to the Werribee store on August 4th, which I originally purchased at the Highpoint location on August 2nd. I returned it simply because the length didn’t suit me when I tried it on at home with heels. Despite the dress being completely unworn and returned with all original tags and hanger attachments intact, the staff member at Werribee repeatedly implied that I had worn it, all because the tag was slightly faded. This assumption was made more than once and came across as accusatory, unprofessional, and frankly, quite insulting. I’ve never had an issue returning an item before, and I expected to be treated with basic courtesy. Being made to feel like I was doing something dishonest over a faded tag is unacceptable. Really disappointing service.

Massive shout out to Meb! Thank you so much for helping me find the perfect dress for my Sons Deb. Not only did she go out of her way to encourage me to try on dresses that were out of my comfort zone, she was patient and found we found my perfect dress. You made my shopping experience enjoyable. I wish there was more people like you around. Thank you so much! 👌🏼

Today I walked in looking for an outfit for tomorrow and was warmly greeted by Laura, who was incredibly helpful in selecting a few different outfits for me to try. Meb was super lovely and bubbly, making me feel comfortable and welcome. Both Laura and Meb were fantastic – I left stress-free, happy, and completely satisfied with my purchase.
