I had an awful experience at Nextra, Pacific Werribee Plaza, thanks to one of the male staff members who clearly has no idea how to speak to or behave around customers. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and outright disrespectful. Basic courtesy seems completely beyond him. I walked in expecting normal customer service and instead was treated like an inconvenience. No professionalism, no manners, and zero effort to help. If you’re working in retail and dealing with the public, this behavior is completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope someone in authority sees this and takes it seriously, because staff like this damage the store’s reputation. Customers should not have to tolerate being spoken to rudely or made uncomfortable while shopping. This man should not be working in customer service.
The man serving was on his phone, paying no attention to which scratch card I wanted. When it says "$1 free ticket", it means one of the same value, not the exact same scratch card.
I had to buy a new Myki as my old one expired and noticed a good range of greeting cards and gifts while there. Received such good and cheerful service. It's so much better than getting all done online.
Great fast service, I went in and grabbed 12 gift packs and the lady was very accommodating as I was making up my mind. Neat looking newsagent/ lotto.
What kind of a store is closed on sundays?? They must not like paying penalty rates lol
Lots of cool stationary stuff but I go there for lotto... Plain n simple 😊
