I recently visited Modelle Werribee as I was searching for a modest outfit with Lent coming up. It’s often difficult to find brands that offer stylish yet modest clothing, so when I came across this store, I was genuinely excited and hopeful. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I approached a staff member named Amne to ask if a particular dress was available in my size. Instead of feeling welcomed, I was greeted in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. Her tone and facial expression came across as dismissive, and while I was speaking to her, she repeatedly looked over at her coworker and laughed. It left me feeling embarrassed and judged, which is not how anyone should feel while shopping. As a customer, especially when you’re excited to support a brand that aligns with your values, you expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. Sadly, this interaction made me feel unwelcome, and it has made me reconsider returning to this store. I hope management addresses this, as customer service plays a huge role in the overall shopping experience.
Phones are never answered!! Such poor customer service and so infuriating! After I made the above complaint to the manager they now answer their phones but the staff really need a course on customer service. They will constantly speak over you refusing to listen to what you are saying which makes the conversation make no sense then O ordered a coat from them. They ordered wrong colour then said sale ended and in order to order correct colour O would need to pay full price!! After standing my ground pointing out error was theirs they went ahead and ordered at the sale price the correct colour. Over 2 weeks nothing. I rang store and again spoken over and continually told "we ring 3 times and if no one answers we put coat back". I said no calls were made. I insisted she check to see if coat came in. She did and warehouse advised no coats at warehouse which they advised staff. She then reluctantly apologised that a call should have been made. They love to blame the customer for everything before checking facts. I have never cone across more incompetent staff in any other shop!!!And if a call would have been made I would have grabbed stock in a different size which has now sold!!! Avoid this store and its staff at all costs.
Modelle Werribee plaza, there is a staff member there Every time I come in goes over and beyond to help me and is kind, and always has the biggest smile on her face. She goes out of her way to make sure you’re looked after and never makes you feel rushed. You can just tell she genuinely loves helping people. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days she’s amazing Thank you Mariam keep up the good work!!
Why sell a jersey scarf that doesn’t sit flat on the head rather the poor stitching just causes this to happen, some of us hijabis don’t slick back our jersey behind our necks. I am really tired of buying scarves from here and ending up with a bunch I never wear because you don’t have an exchange policy. your "off white" labels for each your luxe and normal jersey scarves are two different off whites. I feel like I have to bring in my entire closet just to get the colour match right and it’s already hard enough as it is. I would be fine right now if I didn’t have 3 scarves I don’t love and can’t even exchange for store credit. You need to introduce an exchange policy.
Had the nicest experience thanks to one of the staff members, Razan! She was so lovely and helpful took the time to help me pick out a stunning dress, checked in on me while I was browsing, and even walked me through the store to make sure I found everything I needed. Her customer service was honestly next-level and made my shopping experience so much better. Thank you, Razan!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Modelle Werribee. I purchased a dress on Saturday at full price, only to find a tear and damage at the back by Sunday. I returned to the store on Monday with the receipt and tags intact, fully expecting an exchange or refund. Instead, I was met with disrespect and poor treatment. The staff kept the dress, claiming they needed to show it to the manager. On Tuesday, they accused me of wearing and returning the dress, stating they’ve had "situations" where others have done this before. I explained that everyone is different, and treating all customers the same way is unfair and offensive. Despite explaining my situation, they refused to take responsibility, backtracked on their claims, and still denied me an exchange or refund. I left the dress in their store, but their attitude and service have ensured that I will never shop at Modelle Werribee again. Their lack of professionalism and customer care is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before shopping here.
I went in today & was greeted by the nice workers. They had great variety of clothing, and one of the girls helped me pick out the hijabs i needed for my event. Although they were open till 9pm & were quite busy, they were still able to help me with what i needed. The overall vibe and experience within this store really made it welcoming💕
