Went into store with my daughter today and the level of customer service was amazing! I was assisted by all 4 girls that were in there; Amber, Sophie, Kathy and Vera. They were all so helpful in finding me the right sizes and fit. It is so difficult shopping with a little one and they went above and beyond to help me. I ended up walking away with 3 pairs of jeans! It is very rare to find consistent and amazing service from all sales assistants from the one store but this store is definitely one in a million! I hope someone at management level reads this review as these girls are definitely doing an amazing job and need to be commended and recognised for the level of customer service they provided in store. I will definitely be back again and recommending this store to family and friends!!
I rang through to Dotti on the 3/11/22….with to enquire on an item…Fantastic customer service skills over the phone by Taylah I received…then headed to the Store at Werribee Plaza and greeted by Taylah who was happy to go above and beyond to place my order ….Well done Taylah 👍
