Oroton

Purchased a bag on the 15th of February and noticed it was faulty on the 2nd of March. I rang the store were I purchased the bag full price but unfortunately since it had been over 2 weeks 😂😂😂 there was nothing they could do and conveniently the Manager wasn't available either. I was encouraged by Natalie to take the matter to Fairtrading. Shocking Service and appalling quality. Never again!

I have been a long term customer of Oroton. A heritage Australian business. Which you can rely on for quality leather. The styling so important. But I love the detail to the practical side of beautiful luxury bags and accessories. Loved by the British. 🇬🇧

I have been a dedicated fan of oroton for quite some time now, consistently visiting the store every week to see what new products are available. Each visit usually ends with me making a purchase, and today was no different. I walked away with a new bag that I couldn't resist. However, I must express my disappointment with the service I received today, November 12, 2024. The man who assisted me was quite sassy and not at all friendly, which really detracted from my shopping experience. It made me wonder why someone who seems to think so highly of themselves would choose to work in customer service. I believe that if someone feels they are too good for their job, they might want to reconsider their role. Customers appreciate a welcoming atmosphere, and it can genuinely make a difference in their experience. Overall, I hope my next visit will be met with friendlier service, as I truly love the products and want to continue supporting the brand.

I bought things twice in this store and I think the staffs in there are much better than staffs in another outlet store, because this one is bigger. I don’t know the name of two ladies, one looks like from Asia, and another lady with brown and gold hair. They are all very nice , and give me many advice!!! Really like them. But I don’t like a young woman in the checkout with brown hair, she is not patient and take the wrong thing and calculate wrong number of money without any apology.

Great customer service by Maya (I hope the spelling is right). Very helpful and friendly staffs. Huge store with various products and marked down prices. Happy to come back again.

Great selection and discounts! Friendly staff (I believe I spoke with Grace couple of times while visiting - she’s very welcoming with a smile). Probably best place to get your oroton bags & accessories in Sydney.

Closed 40 minutes early due to being short on staff during boxing day sales. I let the lady know i knew exactly what i wanted to buy, but still a no. Plan better oroton
