I was assisted by Chloe, and her customer service was exceptional. I live in another state and was looking for a specific wallet, and she went above and beyond to help me choose the right one over the phone. She was incredibly friendly and patient. I’d definitely return just for her amazing service!
I have been searching for a particular throw rug which has been out of stock at most places - I happened to find it online with this store luckily! I purchased it on their website as I am located in Victoria and they posted it out straight away, it arrived within a few days. A very easy transaction! So happy, amazing service! I will definitely pop in here next time I am in Hobart 🙂
Brilliant customer service from Lucy! If I could leave 10 stars I would. Lucy quickly fixed an issue with an online order and went above and beyond to find me a product I was eagerly looking for. She made sure it got to me quickly and seamlessly. Thank you Lucy, your customer service is great.
This is the most gorgeous store!! Came across it in a laneway while exploring Hobart, beautiful homewares and clothing from small and larger businesses, both some more expensive and some more affordable pieces! And the owners are lovely. Absolutely gorgeous!!
Love this shop. Searched all day for a product, eventually rang Homeroom Design, and they had it in stock, were knowledgeable, and were happy to put it aside for me.
Great selection of items and the staff were really friendly and helpful!
This is a wonderful little shop with beautiful products
