Fellini Fashion man I woman

We visit Hobart often as a family member of mine works for the Tasmanian government. We have shopped at Fellini’s before and the service was always impeccable. Today, my friend and i walked in ready to shop (had my eye on the Hugo Boss puffer jacket) but as soon as we walked in we both felt very uncomfortable and was stared at intensely by a well dressed man who didn’t greet us nor asked if we needed help. The only thing he pointed out was ‘careful with your coffee, don’t spill It on the clothes as it’s happened before’. I was quick to tell him that we are not children and preceded to walk straight out. I do understand that people may be careless in a shop but pick your audience, we didn’t do anything but look around and was prepared to spend money (lots of money in your store). You were tactless and rude. I hope you learn from this mistake and treat customers with respect and kindness. Yolanda

Fantastic store with amazing staff who know how to treat their customers. I often head in there to just browse but end up buying something due to their excellent service, advice and great sales they have on. Selected high end range. Look forward to visit again soon!

Came here early 2023, lovely service from the owner and fantastic clothing. Love my suit and they had an awesome sale. Definitely recommend this shop!

This is one of the few shops in Hobart which elegantly and beautifully displays and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
