Ordered a rhino rack back bone in the shop and came with a freight charge of $25 but when you buy it Online and click and collect it, it’s free. What a scam and poor customer service experience

Went into repco this afternoon, don’t usually go in there and was quite shocked when I walked in, no greeting just stared and laughed at by the workers, for someone who knows little to nothing about cars who would’ve liked the assistance, then proceeded to find my item and go to the checkout no one walked over apart from one lady who finished work for the day and had her stuff to leave, meanwhile the other staff members continued to stare.

Came in for redbulls an there was this hot guy working he was very helpful jacob i think his name was he needs a raise hes amazing at his job

We went to get our wipers changed, and Jacob got it done for us in 2 min. Legend Thanks 😎
