Staff in Pick up area were nice, but not the ones in store. Terrible in providing customer service. politely asked for help to resolve some issue, it’s ok not to know what to do, but kept asking terrible questions trying to tease me. I never want to see that black shirt lady with blonde hair. Terrible.
All of one person's day-to-day requirements satisfied at one convenient location. It is located smack dab in the middle of all the action in the city. The staff works extremely hard and is very kind and helpful to customers....
Standing in your store right now a manager standing over self serve check outs , no actual registers open and packed ! What a joke ! Customer service has disappeared ! This is the loss of jobs and customer interaction ! Absolutely appalled !

I got a order delivered this morning. Is it normal to send food with the use by date the same as the delivery date? I'm not fluffen happy hey.
I much prefer the meats from Coles over woolworths however the click and collect service has been a lot worse recently with an hours delay on each of my recent fortnightly shops. Room for improvement Coles 🙂
10 litres spring Water bottles ( coles brand) bought through Coles in Geraldton W.A smell bad like plastic scents in water it’s not 1 time it has been found more than one time of purchase so please check the water quality before selling Thankyou
