Bunnings Geraldton

I had such a great experience at Bunnings Geraldton today. Eli and Montana were absolutely amazing — so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they really care about customers and take pride in what they do. It made my visit so easy and actually really lovely. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

Would have to be the worst ive ever dealt with in 20yrs dealing with bunnings in multiple states especially the trade area, order delayed with zero time frame given, false information regarding why the delays. Zero care factor from the staff. Spoke to a manager who stated she will call me back in apparently 5 mins with an answer, now 6 days later and still no call Should have trusted every tradie who told me use M&B instead. Which is what i have done as lady behind the trade desk cancelled my order without my knowledge..... amaturish

One stop solution for almost everything related to hardware. My favourite section is the green one outside. Reasonable price for the plants in there. Definitely will buy some more.

I have a Sabco sponge mop. I bought a new sponge 3 weeks ago. The glue didn't stick and as soon as I wet it it fell apart. So I exchanged it. Same thing. Exchanged that last weekend. Went to use the third one today. Guess what? Same thing. Bunnings had a bad batch of a product and continued selling it for 3 weeks! Terrible customer service

Probably the most helpful staff in any BUNNINGS I've visited. Looking for a cost effective security solution to help out an elderly friend who'd recently been been the victim of burglars. Staff stopped at nothing to find a great solution. Our friend is very happy and feels a little safer again. Thank you to the lady at the tool department and James.

EVERY TIME i got to this store, i check stock levels in advance, then when i get to the store AT LEAST ONE of the products are physically out of stock and i am told they were stolen and the computer not updated, or i am told "the item is probably in the 100 pallets out the back, and we're not allowed to open those pallets to find the items it says are in stock, try again in a week". both of these responses are absolutely useless to the tradesman who needs items (particularly safety gear) immediately, or work stops
