Sportsgirl Frankston

I had a great experience with Sheridan at Bayside store. She was supportive and attentive in the change rooms and made me feel good in the outfits i was trying on with her honest opinion. When my size was not available in one of the skirts, she quickly checked another store and organised it without fuss that Mornington would hold it for me until end of day. Her service was warm, efficient, and genuinely helpful. A real asset to the store and a nice change to see in the customer service industry.

The girls were happy and super friendly. I am an older shopper and going into a younger shop like Sportsgirl can be strange. The team in Frankston were not only great to me but light, happy and chatty with each other. I feel comfortable going back ti Frankston Sportsgirl because they made me feel like I was a part of a fun experience.

This Sunday morning I walked into sportgirl store: saw picnic blanket and opened it up to look: female staff covered by tatooes vocalised at me with anger,pointing that's size is on the cover. My point is: am nor buying it o line and totally OK for customer to look at the blanket.I guess her arrogant nature show how unfriendly she is. Those kind of people shouldn't be working at customer service: I bought that blanket regardless: insight of it was used napkin: how shallow

I go into this store every Tuesday and the two woman that work in here are absolutely amazing! Friendly helpful honest staff, the store is one of the cleanest sportsgirl stores I’ve ever stepped foot in. Stock is beautiful and staff just make me want to come back! Thank you girls..

Today I had the BEST experience at Sportsgirl Frankston thanks to Val and Sheridan! These lovely ladies took the time to help me find an outfit and made it fun - before today I really can’t remember the last time I enjoyed clothes shopping or trying items on in the change room! Val and Sheridan’s genuine kindness and friendly personalities were really beautiful to encounter and they are a real credit to Sportsgirl Frankston

The lady who helped me was really sweet and nice and the whole shop was welcoming the conversation we had made my day 😊

Worst customer service. False advertising, refuse to honour sale items advertised, lied and said couldn't manually over ride the system. dress scanned at $59.95 but was advertised nothing over $39.95, also lied and said it was put there as a mistake but there were 5 of the same dress in the sale section so clearly was not put there by mistake. Store supervisor was a smart arse and a liar. And the company didn't reply to my email so they clearly don't care. I Won't be shopping here any more
