Fantastic, friendly and professional jewellery repair service. I brought in a necklace and 3 rings that needed reshaping, and all 4 were done in a matter of minutes - on the spot! Will be recommending them to anyone who needs jewellery repairs.
The workers here are absolutely lovely. Super kind, attentive and helpful. After struggling for years to find a reputable jeweler who wouldn’t mark up prices simply because they felt like it I can finally say that I have found one! The craftsmanship and customer service is amazing at second empire jewellers. Narelle did an incredible job in creating a new ring setting that was beautiful to wear and look at. Additionally, we have had 2 other rings resized here and they have all turned out perfectly sized. Definitely recommend!
So glad I trusted Narelle with repairing and replacing stones out of my Nan's engagement ring + my Great Aunts engagement ring. She's so kind and so impressive. Had the BEST experience at Second Empire. I had developed an allergy to my engagement ring and rhodium wasn’t an option as it was yellow gold, they added yellow gold to the bottom of the claws seamlessly so no white gold touches my skin! Genius! Also fixed a sentimental family heirloom gold chain and pendant for me in the most amazing way. I never normally leave reviews but was honestly so happy with the outcome had to recommen! And great prices too!
