A few weeks ago, I was served by the owner's daughter, and I have to be honest... She has NO CUSTOMER skills at all, very arrogant and rude. I was very very SURPRISED Kim Trang Jewellery still can service until today. If I spend thousands $$$ to buy a piece of jewellery, I definitely not come to this shop because my experience tell me that...they don't appreciate their clientele. It seems like their customers need them more than they need their customers.
They were highly recommended by another jeweller to resize a ring. My husband went in got it done under 30mins. Over the moon and extremely happy with their service. Bless you team!!!
Worst place and worst attitude.. selected the ring, doesnot even check ring size, just days the price for the ring.. how do i buy ring without them checking my ring size?? and then swearing to us when we left all 3 ladies.. never visiting again
