Krool Jewels

Creating an engagement ring for my partner was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Angus took time to listen, offer guidance and brought my vision to life perfectly. I appreciated Angus' creative vision and loved having his personal input into the ring. I am a huge fan of all of his work, specifically the uniqueness he offers, so it was a privilege to have him create such a special piece. The whole experience was stress free and lovely. Thank you again 🙂

Angus from Krool was great to work with. Even though everything was done over email, he made the whole process really easy and stress-free. He was super responsive, clear, and transparent about pricing. My ring was made so quickly and is absolutely stunning - exactly what we wanted. He also organised a resize super quickly for me despite being the holiday period and I had it back in time for Christmas. The cute extras in the package were such a nice touch. Highly recommend!

I could not recommend Angus and the service from Krool Jewels more. I started the process having no idea what I wanted in an engagement ring, just an aloof understanding of my partners tastes. Angus made the process really straightforward and created a ring that is unique and distinctive. She is stoked with the end result and so am I. Easy recommend.

I had the best experience working with Angus from Krool! He did an exceptional job crafting a custom ring that completely exceeded my expectations. Angus was so easy to collaborate with — he really listened, understood my vision, and brought it to life with his own creative touch. The result is something truly spectacular. I’m never taking this ring off! Thank you, Angus!

we had this place on our list as the pieces are really nice but customer service lowkey non-existence. Any partner and I were looking to get a custom engagement ring but the worker did not help us at all.My partner enquired about ring sizes and the worker just pointed to a box with the sizes and did not further help and just ignored us. It was supposed to be a special experience but we were left really disappointed. We spent a good 10-15 minutes looking at the rings but was not offered any help or even to take the rings out the glass cabinet to get a better look at. 🙁 again really nice pieces but won't be back

Angus made the process of designing an engagement ring super enjoyable! He a as very accommodating to our requests and explained things so it was very easy to understand. Couldn’t be happier with the end result!

Ordered a pair of opal earrings for my partner and we’re totally wrapt with them. Customer service was fantastic, price was great and the earrings are absolutely stunning. Cannot recommend these guys enough!!
