Pandora DFO Essendon

Alex ( I hope I spelled your name correctly 🙂 ), she took amazing care of us and made our whole shopping experience very enjoyable. We bought several items and she patiently helped us with every single one. Even when one product was packed in a different package, she went out of her way to search the entire store to find the correct item and size for us. She carefully checked everything at the register and made sure all products were correct before handing them over. Her friendly attitude, professionalism, and warm smile really made a difference, and we left the store very satisfied as customers. Pandora truly needs more staff members like Alex. We will definitely come back again. Thank you, Alex 💗

DFO Pandora lift up your game your Customer is sucks. Pandora should get sales assistance with manners and not RUDE. The staff here don't like to work. They just chatting to each other. They should be Sacked. Replace them with people who really want to work.

I recently visited the Pandora dfo store, and I have to say, the service was extremely disappointing. Despite clearly seeing that we were waiting, the staff did not acknowledge us or offer any assistance. We were told to wait another 4-5 minutes, which we did, but even after that, no one came to serve us. Instead, the staff members were sitting inside, seemingly ignoring the customers waiting outside. Waiting with a little one is hard enough, and this experience made it even more frustrating. This is the first Pandora store I’ve visited with such poor service, and it left us very disappointed. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

I went to Pandora last weekend, on the 18th of October. I was politely asking for help as I unfortunately smashed my engagement ring with a dumbbell and it was misshapen. The sales girl said she could not help me as the engagement ring was not purchased from Pandora. For reference, I am a Colombian immigrant, who speaks English as a second language and I have a Colombian accent. After telling my white, English speaking friend about this incident, she took my ring back to Pandora and they helped her immediately. I believe I was racially profiled and I feel really upset about this.

Couldn't agree with these reviews more, I was served by Azra after 3 customers pushed in, I'd waited half an hour then she kept walking off to do other things whilst serving me and finished the sale by sarcastically saying "thanks again for waiting". Not very professional.

Absolute abysmal service. Whoever is in the hiring sector really needs to be sacked. The staff here have shocking customer service. Either Pandora head office needs to rethink how they run the operation given the store is in a popular DFO with a tonne of traffic so need to implement ways to manage that or they need to hire staff who actually know how to be in customer service. I would highly recommend you avoid this place like the plague as its a waste of time and you will receive zero friendly service from the staff there. Also, i witnessed a child go behind the counter, try to open the drawers, then try to sneakly grab the keys off a staff members hip. It was i, who had to let a staff member know that it was happening because the other staff member who was there (was having the keys pried from her hip) did nothing about it. Useless. Honestly useless.

Two staffs serving two customers for half an hour while 10 others are waiting, and then one staff takes a break half an hour just before the centre close and the other one just stand there doing nothing because her customer is on the phone. No queue system, no one knows who is the next one to be served. Not worth it.
