I had a great experience at Lovisa Ellenbrook getting my piercing done. I believe her name was Brinda, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, professional, and explained every step of the process clearly, which made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. Everything was done with care and attention to detail, and her calm, positive energy made the experience even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to do my piercing. Highly recommend!

The girls here are absolutely lovely, went to get a few ear piercings for my daughter and honestly was such GREAT customer service, prices are also great alot cheaper then elsewhere and they were just so helpful and goodvibes 😁 will definitely be back with my lil ones...
I got my ears pierced here a couple days and went to take them out and one of my earrings didn’t wanna go in but the other side did. Not impressed
