Thank you, Han, for the top product and best customer service. My first order did not arrive due to a problem with the local DHL service, and Han reacted highly professional and quick and resend the order, which arrived from Australia to Germany in 1 week, just in time. The proposal on the "Top of Germany", above the clouds went great and smooth, no one busted me keeping this flat ring box in my pocket. And now the ring box is being used several times per day to storage the ring, my bride is not allowed to wear jewelry at her job. I can see her smiling every time she experiences the "ring pop-up" effect.
This ring box was perfect for a surprise proposal. My partner had no idea I had the ring in my pocket all day. The design is really nice and has neat little touches. And Han was available for me to pick it up on short notice. Definitely recommend!
Great ring boxes, best design for discretion. Customer service is also amazing. Just make sure to buy the right size box, I made a mistake and bought one too small, but customer service resolved that immediately. 11/10
