I think I was served by Nichole. She was very nice and had a lot of patience since I'm very picky. Finally I got a men's watched for myself by Chisel because hey, the bigger the watch the better haha. Overall wonderful service and the staff was amazing!
Absolutely terrible service. The lady serving me had no interest in helping and was completely rude when I asked about the jewellery. Her attitude was judgmental and unprofessional, and I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a jewellery store.
Extra staff on due to the time of year, not a single staff member even looked in our direction. We were standing at the counter clearly needing to be served. Staff members walked past us, and others just turned around. No other customers in the store. Nothing against Prouds as a company but 100% do not recommend this store.
I had really good customer service from a lovely staff member named Nicole. Wanted to share my great experience and how helpful she was!!! Highly recommend her if you need help finding anything.
