Lovely service at the Jan Logan store. Most of the items available online are available to view in-store which is great, especially for size comparison. The sales associate was friendly without being pushy. Packaging is gift-ready. Very well priced for 9-carat gold jewellery from a well-established jewellery designer.

Was assisted by the absolutely wonderful Theresa today who took the time to show me lots of different options until I found what I was after. She was so lovely to deal with - I look forward to shopping with her again.
