I wandered into Embella after tragically losing one of my favourite mismatched earrings (RIP, little buddy). The lovely team told me the owner was so excited to create something new — and wow, did they deliver! By the very next day, I had a call from an equally excited staff member telling me my new earrings were ready. Naturally, I dropped everything and went straight in. Not only did they make me a gorgeous new pair that I absolutely adore, they’d also cleaned and polished my surviving earring so the set looks brand new. Fast service, genuine care, and a whole lot of sparkle — 10/10 would lose an earring again just to re experience this level of service 🥰

2 stars because their stuff is beautiful, love the shop, love having a look every time I pass by. But I’ve learnt my lesson and won’t buy it anymore. EVERYTHING breaks. Maybe not rings, but necklaces, earrings, anklets, bracelets - it all breaks. It’s clearly cheaply made and poor quality. They have a 3 month warranty on their items as they know it barely lasts longer than that.
