Great experience at Proud Jewelers! Bought a ring in the wrong size, but the exchange was easy. The lady who helped me (assistant manager or manager) was absolutely wonderful—very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Absolutely inconsiderate of the public, very loud trying to sell some jewellery and also disturbing other stores around it where a conversation can not be held. "Jingle bell jingle bells"?? Get a load of this horrendous singing, makes your ears bleed. Do better!!!

Very unnecessarily loud, "go baby go"?? Are you being serious right neow brooo?!!! shouting into a mic. Disturbing the peace of residents and shopper of Dandenong. Do better prouds!!!

Gabriella is extremely helpful and takes time to help you when you're looking for something very particular she knows exactly which items to show you, also extremely friendly and easy to get along with. She helped me find earrings for my daughter that are perfect for her style. Definitely 5 star service.

Kaz was amazing from start to finish, she followed the whole process with me as I got a locket that is very special to me restored. Also a big thank you to the jeweller fixing my locket for not damaging any of it, even the old photos inside.

The quality of jewellery is one thing but the awful customer service is something that I have never experienced before. I am so disappointed that there are people who are just outright disrespectful when a customer needs help or clarification. The manager at this store is unfortunately, deceptive and dismissive and I felt extremely uncomfortable speaking with her about the situation that had occurred. If you intend on buying $100 jewellery from here just be aware that the quality is beyond terrible and the customer service is worse.

When I was making my purchase the customer service was excellent.1 day later the ring size was a-bit bigger and I wanted and exchange The customer service then was horrible on the Tuesday and I couldn’t exchange it due to scratches or something I then asked for a resize I was asked to pay for it .it was very frustrating and annoying considering its my second time that I opted to give these guys a chance my first necklace faded away while I was told it wouldn’t Kindly improve on explaining to your customers what policies you have in regards to exchanges or purchases no hidden costs I get my jewellery from Micheal hill and I always get good customer service This store was disappointing 😒👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
