Staff have always been nice and never any issues . However I visited this store when it was extremely hot outside. The store is small and unfortunately a young staff member had extremely bad underarm odour and I had to leave. I understand that this may be a cultural thing but I don’t think this is acceptable and I think it’s cruel. I worry too that she may be bullied or met with unkindness. I’m coming from a place of concern and love

Went to the store with my mum. This staff wear spectacles and has no interest in customer service! She was wearing earpods and did not listen to us whilst we tried asking price! When asked again, she replied "you can check at the back" and again in her own world! We got earrings and she packed them in such a bad manner in rush! Adding, threw the earrings at me LITERALLY! I was in shock and denial and left the store while making me feel so sad about the whole experience! Why would you guys hire someone who is highly unprofessional and rude and has NO INTEREST in customer service.

the worker checked mine and my partners pockets which made us feel really uncomfortable since we were showing no signs of theft. i work in retail and have only ever asked to check bags so this was new and honestly disgusting to me.

Would like to thank the two lovely ladies who did my daughter's ear piercings today. They made the experience great for my 6 year old daughter Ellie. They even threw in a special ear pillow and antiseptic spray for free. That's the kind of service I like so I highly recommend this shop. 👍

My Daughter purchased 5 items which staff scanned and packaged and My daughter requested an email receipt. When she returned home she found only 4 items and never received her email receipt. I asked my Wife to take her back to Lovita to rectify the issue but the staff were rude and unhelpful and rolled their eyes. So I called and spoke with the manager several times who promised a return call as she acknowledged and accepted the error. But I received no return call and now there is no response when I call. The poor Kid does her chores and receives little pocket money which is lost to inept staff and management. Shame.

we got ear piercing for our 8 months old daughter today in Lovisa and they did a great job as my daughter was crying so much but both girls were so calm with us and did fabulous job. Thank you ❤️

I was gonna buy a necklace with a pendant and it says it’s 7 dollars and I literally waited 15-20 minutes to buy the necklace but when I go to the cashier it says it’s 30 dollars. I literally waisted 20 minutes there. Lovica should put the correct price and not waste people’s time
