If there was an option to give rating in minus I would have done that. I just visited valley girl few minutes ago and the girl at the counter was so so so rude. After billing, she took all the clothes and throw them directly into the bag without even packing nicely. When we told her that it’s not a good thing. She said okay, not even apologise or packed again. Not coming back for sure.

I wouldn't even give a 1 star Customer service is terrible only the Asian girl at the counter was polite This other white girl was the rudest person ever I have ever encountered since I moved as a child to this country with my family She should be fired. Never going back. Learn customer service

The store is dirty and in a terrible condition. The change rooms were full of clothes, boxes and brooms. Only 3 change rooms were open. Only one shop assistant who was desperately trying to unpack stock and serve, she was lovely. The store needs at least another person to keep the place clean! No wonder some staff have an attitude. What a terrible work environment.

I recently visited the Valley Girl store at Craigieburn Central and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The staff, especially one girl, acted rudely and made me feel as though I was bothering her just by shopping. Her attitude was unprofessional and immature, making the experience uncomfortable. Customer service is crucial, and staff should make customers feel welcome, not like an inconvenience. Even lacking the basics skills as if they are kids.I hope management addresses this and provides proper training, so future customers are treated with respect and courtesy.

Very disappointed with the customer service. 5 minutes ago, I visited Valley Girl store (Craigieburn) and was trying on some clothes. As I was finalizing my purchase, one of the items I decided not to buy accidentally slipped from my hand onto the floor. Without even checking what actually happened, a staff member at the counter yelled at me in front of the whole store, accusing me of throwing the item on the floor. I calmly explained that I was picking it up when it slipped, but she was rude, aggressive, and continued to raise her voice. It was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will not be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I went to Valley Girl at Greensborough this morning. I was served by Kara. She asked if she could help and understood EXACTLY what I was after in warm jumpers. She found me many to try, knowing I liked soft, warm, fluffy and longer. I have BEVER experienced such help in a store. As a result of her tuning very quickly into my preferences I ended up buying Four jumpers! Kara deserves a bonus and praise from your senior management Thanks Kara Leone Sheppard

I was served by Alisha today. She really needs to learn some customer service skills. She didn't care to greet the ONLY customer that was in the store, and when I went to the fitting room, she unlocked the door and didn't even say a single word. Brilliant!! I wonder how she got the job in the customer service industry when she does not even have the basic skills. No smile or politeness, and she thinks that she is doing an amazing job. Not at all!! After finalising my order, she handed me the bag and invoice - NO THANK YOU, NO SMILE, NO GREETINGS.. What a great customer service (applause) LOL. Instead, I thanked her. Valleygirl, if your staff cannot appreciate or respect the customers, then kindly do a favour and reopen your online shopping portal so that I and other customers don't feel disrespected by your rude staff and do the shopping online instead of coming to the store. If you do read this review, please take this as feedback and improve the customer service at the Craigieburn Central store.
