BIG W Craigieburn

My birthday was 21 of Feb and when I went to Disney, I got a 20th anniversary Disneyland Hong Kong balloon that is inside of another balloon And I really wanted to use it for my birthday, I think this was a whole new challenge for the Craigieburn team but they We’re up to the task and they absolutely did amazing and I am happy and I will be coming to Craigieburn Big W for all my birthday balloons🥰❤️💙

After driving 3 hours(!!) For an item that wasn't deliverable, this was the only store with 1 available click and collect only; I arrived at the store *noted in app, so they were EXPECTING me; 12mins before closing. I got REFUSED entry! 🤬 Even after trying to tell them i drove 3 hours for this, no care in the world! "Store is closed. I can't let you in. Come back tomorrow"- 12 mins before actually closing! I cant just "come back tomorrow" i already PLANNED this travel! All they had to do, is scan a bloody barcode and give me my item! Just appauling service! Especially when I drove 3 hours to get this click and collect. I will never be back to this store. I do NOT recommend this store at all!

Very disappointed with the Craigieburn store. The manager was extremely rude, went through the entire box, and still refused to accept the return - despite me being within the 90-day return period and having the receipt. This does not align with the store’s own return policy. In contrast, I went to the Epping store, where the service was amazing. The staff were polite, helpful, and handled everything professionally. Huge difference in customer service between the two locations.

I went to Bigw Craigieburn for the party store and got to know that the store has a different time and party desk has a different time. They should mention this thing on google so everybody won't do rounds to their store. Then I went there next day in the mentioned trading hours of party desk and stood there for 30 mins as there was nobody to attend. I kept asking other staff to attend the desk and got to know from other staff member that the staff from the party desk is at lunch at 5pm. I wonder what sort of a lunch is happening at 5pm and even if any staff is gone for a break, there should be someone as a backup. Everybody in the queue at party desk was really pissed off by the attitude of bigw staff. Terrible service, poor attitude, worst communication.

Worst customer service ever got 4 gifts online for Christmas and got them all damaged came to return them and customer service lady and manger told me that you can't return Big W online products to Big W Supermarket itself!!! Never gona buy anything from this store again. Go to Myer ,David Jones and JB Hi-Fi better

I went there to print some photos but they no longer have computers for that there .the man in the tech section was helpful..he suggested K mart . I also bought great big sized Xmas paper which I needed. ..$5 for lots of mts ... Self serve was fast .. I don't live in that area ..there was lots of parking and signage ...

Very disappointed with the customer service from the party section staff member. From the beginning, she was unfriendly and unwelcoming in the way she spoke and interacted with us. This was experienced not only by me but also by my friend. Her attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable.
