Prouds the Jewellers Corio

I am extremely disappointed in the way my family member was treated by the store manager. The manager's behavior was completely unacceptable, especially considering my family member's history of spending thousands of dollars in the store. When he tried to report a crack in a ring he purchased from the store, the manager accused him of not buying it from the store, causing him a great deal of anxiety and distress due to his mental health struggles. Furthermore, this experience has led me to question the store's commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty. I hope that management will take steps to address this issue and provide additional training to the manager to ensure that customers are treated with respect and professionalism. In contrast, the second-in-charge handled the situation in a professional and helpful manner, which was a welcome relief after the initial poor treatment.

I recently spent over $500 in a Blue Topaz matching earings and necklace from Prouds. I went in to Corio store and offered to buy a box as my toddler broke it and was wearing it. I was refused and told their not allowed because I might put Lorisa jewelry in it. Ummm it was for clearly the more expensive jewelry I was wearing. Never shopping at Prouds again. Back to Michael Hill for me... customer service wasn't very good when I purchased either.

Friendly, pleasant staff. Very happy with watch I put on layby.

Holly, Imy and team always go above and beyond. Thank you girls!

I dont agree with the no refund policy when everything is still in box untouched circumstances are different with each customer if you have a receipt and its not been worn and your returning it within the 30 day period stated on receipt there should be no issue with your tefund no matter how you purchase the item instead you are forced to take a store credit which is totally unsatisfactory for some this is an issue that needs to be addressed with the ceo of the company will never shop hear again.

Extremely helpful friendly staff & offered me to find the right jewellery I required with a great discount & extended 10 year warranty.

Very pleased once again great staff very helpful. I have been buying all my jewellery from here for over 20 years will not go anywhere else
