I had a really great experience at Rebel Southland today thanks to Riley. I was looking for supportive shoes for being on my feet all day and he took the time to listen and help me try a few options until we found the right pair. He was friendly, knowledgeable and never rushed me. It made a big difference to have someone genuinely helpful. Thanks Riley!

We had experienced fabulous customer service twice now at rebel southland. Omce when buying a kods garmin, and then when one of the products was faulty and they were just amazing helping and providing a solution. I dont recall the workers. Ames, one was the supervisor (female) and a male worker. Both super kind and helpful.

Huge store! Had to get some new walking/running shoes, did tesearch beforehand, walked in, tried them on and brought (Asics), along with top and sicks.

Excellent service and matching of the special Sale prices. I wanted to purchase Speedo swimming goggles. I received excellent service and advice which one to buy. The cashier matched the Speedo Sale price as was promised by the sale representative without any fuss or hesitations. Comparing to Sportsmart Moorabbin, Rebel Southland is much better place for purchase of your sport goods.

We had EXCELLENT customer service from Tamsin this afternoon at Rebel Southland. My son and I couldn’t find the product he wanted & we were about to leave. Tamsin approached us offering lots of alternatives, nothing was too much trouble. We found the product in a different colour so Tamsin ordered the correct colour (which was sold out in store) to be sent to us with free delivery. Very happy, thanks Tamsin, A+ customer service!⭐️

Just had the best customer service at Rebel. Want to thank the team for the positive environment during a really busy black friday shop. Long queues and yet all of the team members had a smile and were ready to help. Yes, that is what is expected, but not always what we get so the team deserves some recognition. As for the shopping experience, merch was well stocked as we would expect during the holiday shopping period. Good choices across all the major brands.

Do NOT purchase Gym Equipment from Rebel .I Purchased gym equipment from Rebel online and it was Delivered today with no indication of when they would arrive; no phone call or time period given. The driver dropped itin my driveway - 3 items over 75kg. and left. He refused to wheel them into my lounge (ground floor) and there was no option to have anyone help setup the equipment. Rebel do not offer any support to help setup. The delivery company (allied express) are hopelless; and Rebel should ensure they get another company that will have the courtesy to deliver these very large and weighty items into someones house, rather than dump them on the drieway. Please DO NOT purchase Gym equipment from Rebel. Use a different company that offers home set up and better delivery.
