I could not believe how a small trip to Chadstone to buy me a pair of sneakers could make my wife so happy. We could not leave the Classic Love Ring at the store and we took it home with us. I had a wonderful experience at Cartier Chadstone this morning, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Louis Schreier. New Year’s Day can be a very emotionally challenging time for me, and I decided to visit Chadstone and treat myself at one of my favourite brands to lift my spirits. I purchased a Juste un Clou earring, and from the moment I was assisted by Louis, I felt genuinely cared for. Louis was professional, respectful, and incredibly kind throughout the entire experience. What may have felt like "just doing his job" to him truly made a meaningful difference to my day. His warmth and personable nature turned what began as a sad day into a memorable and uplifting one. I highly encourage future customers to request Louis—he is a credit to the Cartier brand. I very much look forward to returning and making more purchases with him in the future. We had a wonderful experience at Cartier, thanks to Thuy. I purchased a watch for my daughter and a ring for myself, and from start to finish Thuy was absolutely exceptional. She was warm, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive, making the whole experience feel very special and memorable. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us with great care and professionalism. This was more than just a purchase — it was a beautiful experience. My experience with Louis was absolutely phenomenal, I'd have to say the best experience I've had both at the Chadstone boutique and globally. He was personable, professional and down to earth. Will definitely be back thanks to the fantastic service.

I came by on Tuesday to try on jewellery, I was not met with the best service. I did really want the jewellery I tried on so I went back and thankfully was met by the most gorgeous sales associate. She was lovely from the very beginning, helpful, and super welcoming & kind. Very happy with Thuy, would recommend going to see her for your next purchases!!

Visited the Cartier boutique on Sunday, 23/11/25 around 3pm, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We were assisted by a Caucasian female staff member with glasses (didn’t catch her name), and the interaction left us feeling judged rather than welcomed. Throughout our visit, she repeatedly asked, "Is this within your budget?" every time we showed interest in a piece. It was unnecessary, uncomfortable, and honestly quite off-putting. If a customer wants to view or try on a piece, that should be respected without assumptions or commentary about affordability. Luxury shopping should feel aspirational and enjoyable—not interrogative. We walked in excited, but left feeling deflated and unwelcome. Definitely not the level of service we expected from Cartier.

Exceptional service by Silvia at the Chadstone store. This aligns perfectly with what you would expect at Cartier: one of the greatest luxury jeweller and watchmaker brands. Silvia goes above and beyond for my wife and I, always offering us to try watches and jewellery. She is very knowledgeable, not just in the timepieces in the store but also with the history of Cartier's watches and jewellery too. Silvia is very passionate about her role, and that makes our experience and interactions very genuine and enjoyable. She is very friendly and always thinking of us: making appointments to save us from waiting outside the store, and messaging us with recommendations for new collections/jewellery we may like. We've purchased our wedding rings from her, some jewellery too, and I cannot wait to purchase my next watch from here too. Highly recommend - thank you Silvia!
