I recently brought my necklace from Bulgari to the store because the chain had broken. I expected a proper repair from a luxury brand, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. The staff member took the necklace to the back and returned it a few minutes later. However, it looked like the small ring connecting the chain to the clasp was simply bent back into place rather than properly repaired or replaced. This is something that could easily be done at home with simple tools. I brought the necklace to the store expecting a professional repair service, especially considering the reputation of Bulgari. I am also concerned that the ring could open again and I might lose the necklace. Overall, I expected a much higher standard of service from a luxury jewellery brand.

Really disappointing experience with Bvlgari Chadstone. I took my 9-month-old handbag in on 19 January for a minor repair, as the clasp simply needed to be reattached. Over a month later, they still cannot provide a clear return date or a proper explanation for the significant delay. I am now being told "hopefully" the end of March. A two-month turnaround for such a small repair on a very expensive bag, leaving me without it in the meantime, is unreasonable.

My partner and I recently visited Bulgari at Chadstone to purchase rings, and we had an exceptional experience with Becky. She was incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in, making us feel comfortable and valued. Becky’s knowledge of the rings was impressive—she explained everything in detail and answered our questions politely and patiently. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect rings, and the way she connected with us made the entire experience feel personal and special. Becky Wang was great, just went in to browse and Becky showed me the range and helped me decide on 2 rings that were a nice match and within my price range. Wasn’t rushed at all during the process and given time to evaluate and make up my mind, especially with ring sizing which can be challenging. I was provided with refreshments early in the process.
