Mimco - Castle Towers

Not happy with the customer service. I attended the castle towers store at 10:30am today (12/2/26). I wanted to buy the vintage era watch, however, the sales assistant advised me that while the store does remove links for free, she was unable to do it as she was new and had only been shown the process once. She then proceeded to suggest I buy the watch, and pay to have the links removed elsewhere (why would I do that when it is literally a service offered by the store?). She then advised her colleague would be coming at 11am and "might" be able to help with removing the links. I said fine I will return then. I went back at 11:10am and she said colleague was apparently running late. The initial sales assistant then asked me to come back at 2pm as another colleague would allegedly be able to help then. Why would I spend my whole day waiting around? Really poor service, I won’t be returning!

Vanessa has no interpersonal skills, is very abrupt and rude. Won’t be visiting this store again. Also, learn how to put on eyeliner properly. When representing a brand you should present yourself in the best form!

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Mimco at Castle Towers on two separate occasions recently, and the service was outstanding both times. The team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offered genuine advice, and were incredibly patient and helpful. A huge thank you to the Castle Towers Mimco staff — you’re a credit to the brand! And Yes, I did buy a fabulous Mimco bag 😊

Discovered this brand recently — stylish, great quality, and reasonably priced. Found the perfect lightweight tote for work and also picked up a pair of earrings and a bracelet. Not sponsored — paid with my own money and couldn’t be happier! Staff at Castle Towers are super friendly and professional.😍

Had a Quick look in the castle hill store. I really love Mimco. I loved their rose gold and old school elegant stuff and apparently the outlet shop has closed but I’m so sad they have changed their creative vision and leaning towards a fast fashion look, starting to look very similar with not much elegance or uniqueness left. Hoping one day. Rose gold will come back🙂‍↕️

I'm absolutely disgusted in the lack of customer service I experienced today at Mimco . Yesterday I bought a watch online for my fiancee. I went to go pick it up with her this morning from the castle hill store. The packaging of how it was left didn't leave much to the imagination and the customer service was very rude. The watch name was scribbled on the top of the box and my fiancee knew what her gift was before she even opened it. It does not hold mimco usual high standards because that's why people buy there. This needs to be addressed because it's unacceptable. There was no offer for it to wrapped nicer. My fiancee is a very loyal customer to mimco and she wasn't impressed either.

3 weeks ago I bought the 'disco hair clip set' and one of the crystals has fallen off already. Mimco has expensive price tags but their products quality and customer service are really cheap.
