Bought a braided leather necklace and the dimensions listed on the website were incorrect which meant the pendant I bought with it wouldn’t fit. But what’s worse is the ring attached to the clasp was so soft, that my 7 year old daughter could easily pull it apart with her fingers. Wouldn’t recommend. Very cheap and flimsy product.
First class service! I was pressed for time ordering my SO birthday present - a gorgeous necklace & matching bracelet, and a second necklace. I rang BICO to seek assistance and Cathy went above and beyond to ensure that I received my items in time for the birthday - even posting the items personally! I was totally blown away by the level of customer service I received and was very grateful that there are still people out there that still care about the customers experience. The gifts were an absolute hit - beautifully made and finished. Thank you for helping me to be able to give a beautiful gift when it counted 🙂
