Woolworths Carlingford

I see my order but can't get it because no is attending for over 30 minutes. Please avoid anyone whoever does online orders.

Visited on 17 November 2025 and noticed concerning food safety issues. Several milk products in the refrigerated section displayed expiry dates that had already passed. More worrying was a pallet of fresh meat left unattended in the middle of an aisle for over 15 minutes during peak hours. While three staff members were chatting at the entrance, these basic standards were being overlooked. I understand busy periods can be challenging, but expired products and unrefrigerated meat are serious concerns that need immediate attention.

Tam at self serve checkouts is very rude. When I couldn’t afford my whole trolley, I left some stuff and said I changed my mind. She scoffed and rolled her eyes and goes, "ALL of it?" And I confirmed. She then sighed, walked away, grabbed a basket and quite literally threw stuff like she was having a tantrum into said basket. I kept apologising and thanked her multiple times and she wouldn’t even look at me or speak another word. So beyond rude.

WARNING! Do not use this Woolies direct to boot services/ click & collect in the evenings at this location! They are extremely slow with bringing out groceries to their in-store online order pickup area (around the service desk) - waited at least 30mins!! Extremely poor turnaround time

Warning - I don't recommend the customer service here. Also no longer recommend Woolies at all unless you are 100% sure of every purchase. We were told the refund policy has changed without notice and when we went to return the full sealed packaged hairbrush in a box 2mins later having not even left the store after realising we got the wrong product the lady at the counter said Woolies no longer provides refunds of any kind, only store credit and the manner in which this was delivered wasn't very professional either. This new policy should also be shared more widely!

Well maintained and clean. The shelves are always stocked and for some reason I feel they have more options than coles in the same building. Though it might be crowded compared to Coles because it is at the entrance. The deli section in this Woolies at Carlingford court is better than coles hands down.
