Beautiful pieces here! But also amazing customer service. I had an issue with my studs, they responded quickly and kindly resolving my problem within a day! They truly want their customers to feel happy with their purchase! Loved that!

Just wanted to say I love your jewellery, I brought pieces over a year ago and the quality is amazing. Went to purchase more and the staff are always so friendly!

I purchased three rings and a necklace from Lalume. The jewellery looks good quality but don’t be fooled, one of the ring had maybe 4 little diamonds on them and two had fallen off, the necklace tarnished and is no longer gold, more of a light yellow now, and one of the other rings that I had sized at the store fell off and is now missing. They only do a three month warranty which just says they aren’t confident in their products. I didn’t know this until I went back to the store to tell them about the above issues. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else.

Extremely disappointed in this brand, visited Carindale store at the end of June, sales assistant said they could order in the pieces I was after. 2 weeks went by with no contact I visited the store and they said they were still waiting. A week later I contacted them over IG as I still hadn’t received an update and they said they’d look into it. Now over a month later, I still don’t have the pieces that I ordered. These were a birthday gift and I’m extremely disappointed in this process and that I’m still waiting for my pieces.
