I want to acknowledge and thank the staff member who assisted me on Friday. My chain holding a small cross had been giving me a rash. It was old. The staff member assisted me in getting a replacement and also cleaning my cross. Many thanks and blessing!

My friend and I were shopping for her mums 50th birthday present. We had the most lovely worker named Dorothy who was so patient and genuinely caring. I haven’t had such a lovely experience shopping before and we got exactly what we wanted. Couldn’t recommend her more!

The sales assistants here were so helpful. I walked in flustered after visiting what felt like 244567 stores looking for a gift and the lovely lady and gentleman worked together, sharing their knowledge on each product and catering to my jewellery ignorance. I didn’t end up purchasing the item here but it was by far the best service I received out of everywhere I visited. I will definitely visit when I’m buying for myself. Great team. Good work.

Dana looked after me from first time I walked in, and in again (I went in to look at the bracelets a few times before I purchased). Dana was happy to help me even though she knew I wasn't ready to purchase yet. When it finally came time to purchase, she was great and helpful while my partner and I discussed which one to get. Really good at explaining care plan. I will be back again. Thank you for not pushing and being patient.

After waiting nearly 20 minutes for the manager to open the door because displays had not been put away, was told that my husbands GShock was broken and tried to sell me a replacement. My husband managed to change time and watch working fine. Very disappointed with service
