Visited your Capalaba Park store on 1 Feb 2026 at 12.40pm. Two young girls working. Not even a hello when I entered store and no offer of assistance. I was only person in store. Continued to have their own personal conversation behind the counter. Poor service

I had the best experience at Lovisa getting my ears pierced! Brooklyn was absolutely fabulous – so lovely, friendly, and made the whole process fun and easy. She took so much care in making sure the placement was perfect and gave great advice when choosing extra earrings. I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’ll definitely be recommending her at the Capalaba store – thank you, Brooklyn!

I have been so impressed by Lovisa Capalaba’s store manager Tegan. She is always so warm and welcoming when I come into the store. She listens carefully to find out how she can help and offers thoughtful suggestions but is not pushy. It is a pleasure shopping at Lovisa Capalaba because of her. Extremely professional and very thorough consultation. The piercer was absolutely lovely as well which makes such a difference as my daughter was quite nervous.

Had my ears pierced by allanah and brooklyn, both really amazing staff, friendly, caring and nice. Made sure they got the piercings in the right spot. There both amazing and i will definetly be back for more piercings haha. Had my ears pierced by Jessica today and she was amazing , made my experience great and she made sure the earrings were in the right spot and gave me a welcome experience overall
