One more star just because they had what I was looking for that Kmart decided to not stock anymore. But I went in to get clogs and tried sizes 10,11 and 12. 10 was the smallest but 11 and 12 were hardly distinguishable. After a few minutes spent trying to compare the two, I picked up another size 11 that was a size between 12 and 10. So I realise that the size 11 I started with was a size 12. No worries, I’ll just let them know. So I did and bought the 12s and left. After a bit more shopping I had a feeling the little Schmitt at the counter just ignored what I said and put them back, and I went back to check and I was right. So my discovery about the false advertising made after minutes of trying to find a minute difference that wasn’t there would have never saved anyone else any time if I hadn’t gone back. I put a size 12 tag on myself and left without saying anything, but I love to type. To the little dark blondie that decided that customer feedback doesn’t matter, grow a heart, get off your high horse and do your job.

Went on a Thursday evening saw staff folding and putting away clothes. Fitting rooms were unmanned and were messy.

The most sincere, genuine and friendliest young man you can ever come across works in this store. His name is Jesse I think he's the manager or if he isn't should be! He always helps my elderly parents God Bless him

Located in a quieter centre, this best n less is a good place to shop. Has lots of variety and always find great clothes at fantastic prices. Staff always friendly and helpful.

I am a long time B&L customer but I'm becoming increasingly annoyed lately. I shop at the Capalaba store in Brisbane. The clothing, mainly the girls and the baby sections, are always such a disorganised mess. Sizes and styles are all in together making it very difficult to find anything specific. Today I went to the store to purchase a few baby clothes. I needed 00000 size and was extremely frustrated to find everything mixed together. It took me over half an hour to find two suitable items. When I gave feedback to the counter it was brushed aside with a half hearted comment that everything was in together apart from a selection of half a dozen Premmie items. Well yes, obviously. Very poor. I don't see why it's so difficult to order baby items by size - at least for the Premmie and the Tiny Baby (00000) sizes. I think I will be finding an alternative shopping location. They're not what they used to be. Baby clothing isn't as nice anymore either :((

I can't get enough off it ..its a great place to get cheap stuff if you are buying for other people and presents..they are great with there prices I have brought from here heaps plus I keep on going back to there ..I have brought underwear and baby's clothing they are great on them

Great shop! I Found many great clothes! The staff are very pleasant to talk to and they have a great manager. Will One Hundred percent Shop there again.
