I really appreciated one of the staff members, her name is Kinga, for her professional service. She is helpful and friendly. Even though we didn’t ask for help, she approached us first and kindly offered her assistance. She was very patient and took the time to carefully guide us through the printing process and explained everything clearly. Thank you very much!

Really disappointed with the service! I literally saw a Sony Xm5 for 325dollars. They don’t sell that cheap, obviously! But when you see a nicely stacked counter xm5 boxes with a price tag that says one thing why would you think a lot!? So I went up to the billing section and they said it’s the wrong product placed at the wrong place and they wouldn’t match price or do anything about it. I was just standing there all bummed out. I mean, it’s not that hard to place products at the right place lads!

Extremely poor customer service! While my daughter was shopping, I asked to use the public toilet. After getting screwed around for 15 minutes, I decided to use a toilet which one of their staff had originally suggested. These people lock a public toilet to prevent paying customers from using it!

FLORENCE/ANDRE THE ULTIMATE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY PRICE MATCHED WITHOUT BEING TOLD. VERY HAPPY TO TOLERATE A WOMAN WHO JUST FINISHED A 12 HR SHIFT & AWAKE 20 HRS. FIRST TIME TO THIS STORE NEVER KNEW IT EXISTED. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ 10 STARS. THANX LUV LEANNE. U GUYS WERE FANTASTIC.

This is maybe the worst office work stores in WA. Waited in click and collect for 20min and there were no lines before anyone come and help. Bought 4 laptops. Terrible service

Placed a click and collect order at 8:16PM on 16/12/25. Hadnt heard anything in regards to it for a week. It was only 3 small photos. So I went to check on the progress as the online tracking tool said that no progress had been made. A lovely lady helped me however she said an SMS had been sent on the 16th which it hadn't as I stood there and checked but also unsure how an order could be ready at that time when i placed the order less than 45mins before closing. Regardless, I walked away after 7 days with my photos but when I got home, they had printed them the wrong size and 1 photo was missing...just in time for Christmas

I usually hate officeworks but unfortunately need printing services from time to time. I walked into this branch for the first time anticipating a 15-20 min wait and fumbling about from staff to get basic printing done only to find I was promptly served by Kinga who knew exactly what she was doing. As a result I was in and out within 5 mins with 2 printed and laminated A3 sheets. Was pleasantly surprised. Thanks Kinga 🩷
