From first walking into the store, my wife and myself were very impressed with the polite friendly service provided by Claire. We were kept up to date with the progress of our order by Shannon, and nothing was too much trouble if we had any queries. Today the 2 young guys came to install our blinds and once again they both were very helpful and friendly. They both did a superb job, and were meticulous in the installation with minimal disruption. A loyal customer of Luxaflex in Canning Vale i returned to purchase another product. Several years ago I previously had installed a number of silhouette shades and an indoor blind...always been happy with the Luxaflex quality and service so this time i ordered an outdoor blind. Quality, service n product was once again on point...Rod and Bruce go above n beyond with respect to service and installation...highly recommend - u won't be disappointed!!!

Very happy with the quotation Claire had given me her honesty up front won me over. I did have appointment with another company but canceled.The following week a Tuesday Ron came out to verify the measurements he was great will recommend Luxaflex Canningvale thank you for your service.

The staff were friendly and very efficient. They did in 15 minutes what it took another company 7 weeks. We installed the blinds ourselves because of our location and Rod was excellent in his support. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I look forward to dealing with them again.

The staff are wonderful, the service is fantastic from the First Consult to Bruce Fitting the Blinds. they are not pushy at all, and listened to what I needed. If you really want quality I wouldn't go anywhere else.
