Inner Harmony

I went into this shop and made a purchase. They have so much stock crammed onto the shelves I picked up something and a book fell over and then pushed everything over and a Crystal broke... luckily it was only $14 as I had to pay for it even though it was not my doing, I didn't push the book over or remove anything it was leaning on. I do not think I should have been charged for this and I will not be returning to this shop at Livingstone again. You should make sure things are placed securely or place a sign in you store not to touch anything at all. Beyond annoyed regarding this. Hope this isn't going to happen to anyone else.

Supposed to be a Spiritual shop, yet have the RUDEST Staff ever. 2 people were working today, no greeting, no hello, didn't even acknowledge me. The older woman was downright miserable and clearly hates being in retail. TRAIN YOUR STAFF IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS.....I had every intention of spending big today, but walked out and bought NOTHING

3 stars coz the actual shop is lovely, it’s the team members that make me uncomfortable. I went in to look at some Wicca stuff, and got very obviously profiled by the lady at the counter. 99% of your clientele is witchy alternative people, yet you profile them when they come in to browse. it made me super uncomfortable how nonchalant the lady was about being suspicious of me, I was literally just minding my business. Just disappointed in this experience.

Had Kate ( name on receipt) today as the sales assistant at your canning vale store. Very helpful on the floor UNTIL we got to the cash register. I was buying an item that lights up and wanted to see it lit up before purchasing it to make sure it wasn’t broken. This is wear Kate got very rude and defensive as I asked her to remove the pull tag on the bottom of the item that makes the battery work. She said NO I WONT BE DOING THAT unless I buy it, which is what I’m going to do right after I see it works. If I buy the item I can’t get a refund only a store credit which is ridiculous as there is nothing else in the store I wanted, hence why I wanted to see if it works. There was no need for her to get a tone in her voice, speak down to me or be down right rude . She also spoke on the phone to a customer with the same tone and rudeness. I WONT BE COMING BACK TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN.

Love this shop and the staff where nice and friendly.brought a salt lamp here yesterday and I love this salt lamp I got!!!!.I would shop here again

staff are so rude, went in there wanting to buy a gift for my manager as she was having a baby and going on maternity leave. 4 of us girls were putting in money for it. found something cute that i liked on the outside window and took a photo so i could show the other girls and proceeded to go to thingz. once i came out of things the manager of inner harmony comes out and rudely asks why im taking photos of things in her store. not sure why she didn't just ask me while i was taking the photo instead of FOLLOWING me and waiting for me outside a different shop. she accused me of doing 'something bad' with the photo even tho i had gone into the shop with MY SHOPS LANYARD ON AND IN UNIFORM

Last week, I visited the Canningvale store for a reading believe to be a psychic medium as advised by the retail assistant who was rude and disrespectful. What a complete rip off, $60 for 30 minutes. should have demanded for my money back. The lady who claimed to be a medium worked with tarot cards who was only describing each card word by word. 30 minutes to have a general conversation . If you're a true medium you don't need to use tarot cards. Bogus and fraud. Ripping off innocent people.
