Had an amazing experience today with staff Renee and Mikayla I brought my teenage daughter in today to get her seconds piercing on her lobe and the staff were so friendly and helpful they explained what they where doing step by step and where very gentle. It was such an incredible experience that later we went back and my daughter got her helix pierced and I got my nose pierced, I have had my nose pierced in the past and this was by-far the best, easiest, most painless and professional way I have ever had it done. Also when we were in the store we noticed a small girl come in with her mum for her first ear piercing, the staff were very reassuring, patient and kind. I would never hesitate to recommend this team for a professional and family friendly piercing experience.

Really disappointed with my experience getting my ears pierced here. One ear was pierced noticeably uneven compared to the other, and it has been painful from the moment it was done. The jewellery used was completely wrong and extremely uncomfortable, making it very difficult to sleep. Despite following aftercare instructions, the piercing became swollen, tender, and started oozing pus, which shows it was pierced incorrectly and is now infected. I had originally planned to stay silent since I live in Wellard and was only down here for the holidays, but this has gone too far. I’ve been in constant pain since and have had to seek medical help to deal with the swelling and infection, as I can’t undo the damage caused by the piercing being done with a gun. It has made me so miserable to wake up every morning, dreading the discomfort and seeing how bad it looks. The lady who did the piercing was in her 50s so it’s unclear why proper training or techniques weren’t applied. yes, she was nice, but that did nothing for my ears. They urgently need to properly train their staff, fix my ears, and provide a refund.

Had the best experience getting my ear pierced and buying from the shop. Renae and I think the other women name was Mikayla who was training were fantastic. Explained everything step by step as they were doing it. So friendly and respectful. Super helpful with picking out jewellery as well didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy. I would highly recommend, if want to get another set of ear piercing or nose piercing to go to them.

My 10 year old daughter had her first ear piercing done today, by the lovely ladies Ruby and Renae. She had a fantastic first experience. Everything was explained to her and both ladies were calm and gentle. Would definitely recommend and go back, if we decided to get other piercing done.

Renee is amazing ! I was desperately looking for necklace and been looking around plenty of shops even another Lovisa store , I don’t know what prompted me to go to my local - Busselton store .. Renee had a heap of choices to show me and made the whole process so easy . Thank you Renee !

I had the most amazing experience with Renee as she was the most comforting lovely lady. I got my thirds done with her and she was an absolute sweetheart. We all went in as a group of 4 girls wanting to get more ears piercings and we all come out very very happy customers, It really couldn’t have gone any better. Lovisa Busselton really do have a gem within there team. Renee not only did a fantastic job with all 6 pieces on us girls, but she made it such a lovely experience. Every should definitely go check the gorgeous Renee 💕💕

Spontaneously stumbled across this beautiful little store to impulsively get some piercing and met the wonderful Renee! She showed us around the store and put our piercing anxieties at ease, managing to fit four girls in at no notice! She was clean and proper and made sure we were happy with every step of the process and made us all feel comfortable! We had a great experience and if a piercing is something your interested in definitely come see the beautiful Renee! Thanks again Renee your a gem! 🩷
