Pandora Burwood Westfield

Came here this afternoon to get my partners bracelet and charm's and ear rings cleaned was welcomed by the lovely store manager Georgina who organised the cleaning said should only take an hour came back before 6pm was already clean done excellent customer satisfaction & service was greated by mia very helpful great customer service 💯😊👌👍👍👍 both employees should get a $50 gift card !!! Highly recommended coming here for all your Pandora jewellery needs !!!!

This is a nice jewellery store, located on the second level of Burwood Westfield shopping center. Nice layout good collection of jewellery at reasonable price , beautiful shop worth visiting.

Excellent customer service by Mia at the Burwood store today. I don't normally write reviews but I felt compelled to leave one after today's positive experience. Mia had great knowledge of the Pandora products and took the time to show me many pieces, two of which I purchased.

Amazing store with amazing workers. Karen and I think it was Bella are the nicest people I’ve ever met in retail. Bella and her verbal communication is on point and Karens determination to help out and be nice was absolutely amazing. Shop at Pandora here at Burwood 🙂

Horrible Customer Service. I was in the morning today, and the store was empty. Both of the staff ignored me and didn't even make eye contact. Minutes later a lady came in to the store and one of the staff offered help. I was there for 10 mins and neither of the staff attempted to help me. Never coming back again to this store.
