Mimco - Burwood David Jones

The shop opened late today. Although the opening time was listed as 9:00 am, customers were waiting outside in front of closed doors until 9:32 am. A staff member saw me waiting, opened the door, but did not greet and walked straight back behind the counter. This was my second visit to the store, and I would say the customer service here is very poor compared to other stores.

I bought something there yesterday. The dark-haired staff was talking to a friend the whole time I was there for almost 30 minutes, totally ignoring me as if I were not a customer. After placing what I decided on the counter and trying to ask a few questions, she said one word "Excuse me, I have a customer waiting for me. " Am I not a customer? In the end, I gave up asking questions and bought at another counter. I felt very rude and discriminated against.

I selfishly walked in to the store at 5:56 four minutes from closing. I had spent the day looking for a small cross body bag. As I walked in I apologised and said I wouldn’t be long. Helen who I found out is the store manager told me not to worry as she still needed time to close. She asked what I wanted and gave me a suggestion that suited exactly what I needed. She even took her time showing me the different bag straps available and she walked around with the bag to show me how it looked on. Thanks Helen, sorry I kept you back after closing time. Love the bag⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had the worst experience at Mimco Burwood today. I walked in and had a look at some of the bags, and I noticed that the staff kept looking at me. When I went to the counter, the staff member was so rude. She was on her phone and it took over a minute to get her attention. I think her name was Helen. Never going back here. Absolutely appalled.

I attended Mimco at burwood today and received absolutely no service. I was the only customer in the store at the time and was in the store for approx. 10 mins and not one of the five staff members in the store came over to me to serve me even when I had the product ready to purchase. I went over to the register to pay and the lady walked away and walked straight past me instead of serving me. Other staff members were observed to be swearing and carrying on instead of assisting customers or other staff members. Definitely do no recommend going to Mimco burwood.

The current manager at Burwood is the most arrogant rudest human I have ever met. I don’t know her name but she’s long blonde middle aged And I hope she’s reading this as she asked for me to leave a review on here after she was so rude. How dare you even ask that of me. The staff at the Mimco Westfield Burwood store was still rubbish in their way of dealing with customers. I don't know why all the employees in this store are so unkind. Always! And I don't know why Mimco doesn't train its employees even though there are quite a few of these reviews. Anyway, I will never go again!
