I visited this store today and initially found several items I was interested in purchasing. Unfortunately, during my visit, the two staff members on duty began engaging in a very loud and unprofessional argument. One of the staff members, an older woman, was standing next to me making quite unpleasant remarks toward a poor younger colleague who appeared to be arguing back, trying to defend herself. The exchange created an extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere within the store. As a result, I decided not to proceed with my purchases and left feeling quite disappointed by the experience.
Amazing customer service from two lovely girls worked on Monday. It's hard to come by good customer service these days and seeing people who enjoy working there and friendly is amazing. Keep it up the good work 😊
Went in here today - store only opened 5 days ago and they have heaps of beautiful pieces! The ladies in there were also super lovely and helpful. I’ll be back!
Such horrendous quality. Both pieces I bought had gems that fell out within 5 minutes of the first wear. Actually dreadful.
