Upon entering the store, I was amazed of the store layout and visual merchandising. The owner Jessie was friendly, knowledgeable about her products and had a vast range of crystals. One of a kind store - more fine crystals and custom pieces! Although I didn’t buy anything, I’ll definitely be back to purchase a few pieces!

The owner is super friendly! My bracelet’s string broke, and she patiently restrung the crystals for me. She even taught me how to do it myself at home and gave me some extra string. Great service—I love it😍
The string of my bracelet broke. I contacted the store owner on Xiaohongshu 2 months ago and asked for his address. After I arrived at the store, he helped me solve the problem very quickly and gave me some simple steel wires so that I could solve the problem myself in the future. It was a very good experience.
