Angus & Coote Bundaberg Hinkler

I was helped by the loveliest lady who was so friendly while I tried on a bunch of watches. She even held the one I liked aside for me while I went looking at other places

A lovely lady assisted me today to buy a bracelet and was lovely and very helpful. I don’t get her name. Was a great experience.

We had put a 9ct gold chain in to have one link joined. When we went back to collect it, my chain was in four pieces and not repaired. I said it was unexceptable and their reply was the jeweller said it was crumbling as he heated it. I found this very un true as gold does not crumble and why it was in 4 pieces was beyond me. Head office said there was nothing they could do as the gold chain was not purchased through them, I explained it was a gift and I was unsure where it was purchased. I encourage other patrons to shop elsewhere as their policy and service was not to a jewellery shop standard.

I bought my watch from here couple years ago very nice and friendly staff I would recommend this place 💯 %

Very good customer service. Would definitely shop here again because of this. 😊
