Very professional and friendly service. I had my watch resized at a different jeweller who were unable to complete. Artisan were able to do it without any worries and no charge. Very grateful for their excellent service and help!!

The craftsmanship displayed in their jewellery is of the highest quality, Phil does a great job of ensuring the piece meets all your requirements, but also that it has that personal and sentimental touch you desire. We travel from Perth to Bunbury due to their quality and customer service. Phil has designed both our wedding rings and also my fiance's engagement ring, all of which are stunning. I can't recommend the team at Artisan enough.

I am absolutely furious! Took my silver bracelet into them to get a ring put on the clasp and a possible clean if could.... They have then cleaned it and destroyed the brand new engraving I got done the week before taking in there... When speaking to the jeweller his exact words were* oh well I didn't take any notice of it before I put it through the clean* no compensation or care!!!! Will never go back and will never recommend!!!!!

Unbelieveably rude and unhelpful. The sales lady was clearly irritated that my 80 year old mother did now know the wrist size for the bracelet she wanted to buy saying "surely you would have thought to measure before coming in"!! Thereafter the lady was not at all interested in assisting her as she knew my mother wouldn't be making a purchase without knowing the size. The lady refused to bring out the selection of bracelets for viewing, she was rude and patronizing. Disgusing service will never go back or recommend.

I had my wedding ring resized and fixed one little damaged diamond with very reasonable price and perfect customer service 😘🥰 Thank you so much and I am absolutely happy with the result. I will come back to get my anniversary gift with my husband here soon 💕

These guys made a replica bracelet of one my son left me when he took his own life. They were understanding of the situation and went through various options. They gave discount. 6 months on, the bracelet broke and unsure how but a section was missing. They replaced the expensive bracelet for free, no questions asked. These people are amazing
