Silvershop Pacific Fair

Wow! Amazing customer service- thankyou!!! Went into the Pacific Fair store on 31st August and got the most incredible customer service from Claire! Claire listened effectively to what I was looking for, suggested some products, and was more than happy to get a selection out for me to view. Claire was so kind, calm and her energy was amazing- nothing was too much trouble. I ended up getting everything I wanted and more! Thank you Claire! You definitely have a repeat customer! 💙

Had an amazing experience at this store! The lady who served us was Hannah, according to the receipt was absolutely fantastic. We were buying a birthday present for my mum, who had her eye on a specific ring but didn’t want the gemstone to be too large. Hannah went above and beyond: she contacted multiple stores to get photos of different options, and when none were quite right, she even called the supplier and arranged a custom ring at no extra cost. Truly the best customer service I’ve experienced. The only issue was that the ring ended up being sent to the Robina store instead of Pacific Fair, where we originally placed the order (they did offer to send to that store at not cost but it was just up the road so no big deal). That part was a bit inconvenient, but overall, we were so impressed with the service and how helpful Hannah was.

My partner and I had the most wonderful experience at The Silver Shop thanks to Trinity! She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect engagement ring, and her warmth, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience unforgettable. Trinity was incredibly knowledgeable and really listened to what we were looking for, offering helpful suggestions without ever making us feel rushed. We left with a ring we absolutely love and a really special memory to go with it. After our purchase, we realised there was a concern with the ring size. When we came back, Trinity was more than happy to help us with the exchange and made the whole process so much less stressful. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you again, Trinity — you made this milestone even more meaningful!

Well presented quality designer jewellery store with eye catching array of unique pieces! Staff are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Trinity was amazing in helping me find the perfect jewellery for my wedding! She was able to show me so many options and was patient while I made sure I had selected the perfect ones! She was also able to customise it to exactly how I needed it while I was there too - beautiful range of jewellery and exceptional customer service!

Visited the store at Pac Fair, Bree was incredibly helpful and provided wonderful service to us going above and beyond to help.

10/10 loved Trinity. Took her time to explain the piece's to me and curate a look. Will be returning and recommending not only the unique stock available but the staffs service.
