I had the most amazing experience at LeGassick Pacific Fair thanks to Melinda! Hands down the best CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever received. I came in hoping to find a specific tennis bracelet and while they didn’t have the exact one in-store, Melinda went above and beyond to make it happen. She arranged for a custom-made piece that was ready within a week — absolutely perfect! When I came in to pick it up, Melinda and Kenton made the moment even more special by celebrating with champagne. It truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I couldn’t recommend them enough – if you’re after something special and want to be treated like gold, this is the place to go!

We went in to the store twice, three months apart because we couldn’t decide on wedding bands. When we came back the second time we were so close to the wedding date that there wasn’t enough time to order from one of their 3rd party vendors, so Dot went above and beyond to make my partners dream gold ring come true, by organising to have it custom made for him in the store instead so it could get ready in time! Dot was also amazing to deal with when it came to picking my diamond wedding band, showed me the most beautiful options (but didn’t overwhelm me with too many) and really helped us out so we were able to stick with our budget but not miss out on our dream rings. Thanks Dot for being an absolute delight to deal with!

Absolutely perfect experience getting an engagement ring made with Legassick. The quality of the ring and stone were excellent, and Renee was great at getting me very involved throughout the process which was very important to me. Most importantly, my fiancée said yes. Hard to beat that!
